Personal Circumstances
We understand that personal circumstances can sometimes prevent attendance. However, please note that the conference organizers are unable to offer refunds or compensation for cancellations due to personal reasons, such as travel difficulties, visa issues, health concerns, or financial constraints. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Attendee Substitution
If you find that you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to nominate a colleague or peer to take your place. To ensure a smooth transition, please submit your replacement request at least 20 days before the conference start date. The substitute should have a relevant background aligned with the conference theme and have prior experience or research in related fields. Kindly email the conference secretariat as soon as possible to facilitate the registration process for your substitute delegate. Approval from the conference committee is required, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that the conference’s performance is impacted by unforeseen circumstances (referred to as “force majeure”), the organizers cannot accept responsibility for refunds or compensation. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fire, flood, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, wars, or other events beyond our control. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in such cases.

Media Consent
We want to make sure you’re aware that official photographers and videographers will be present to capture special moments throughout the conference. By attending, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional purposes in print, digital formats, and on our event website and social media channels, dedicated solely to conference-related activities. We appreciate your participation and contribution to making the event memorable!
